I just discovered one Ricardo Platero from Mexicali, Baja California whose tunes -- in particular, the one above called "Pan y Circo" -- actually struck a chord with me. Besides having a catchy hip hop-balkan groove, the song's message -- having personal responsibility -- sounds obvious, but is often overlooked.
