Privileged Mexicans feel that going off on anybody -- befittingly or otherwise -- that's not in their social rank is a basic birthright. It's no joke; just a few weeks ago this Mexican business man hysterically attacked a clerk just because the clerk refused to do something that wasn't part of his job.

Now meet one Jose Ismel Loria Ancona, a business owner from Playa Del Carmen that went through the full range of human emotions when he was pulled over by Mexican police officers. He's memeishly being called the "Gentleman de Playa Del Carmen" after the famed "Ladies De Polanco" -- except that Jose seems crazier. Namedropping Zetas and politicos, his rant is the most hyperbolic one I've heard so far.
